For clients who want a full redesign of their exisiting salon – or a full design of a new space. The process begins with a site visit and a meeting in which we get to know each other and understand your vision and what you want to accomplish and what the culture of your salon is. At that time, we will also discuss budget with you. What is realistic for you. We work on a wide range of budgets.
Our design work includes a floorplan, a full design presentation including detailed specifications for: paint, furniture, lighting, flooring, plumbing hardware, mirrors, custom furniture, mani/pedi equipment, salon equipment and more.
After the design is finalized, Susan Oh Kwon will draft a full set of Architectural and Millwork drawings for your local filing architect and your general contractor.
We work closely with you and your contractor throughout the construction phase, to ensure that your salon is built properly.
* The budget is established at the start of the project and does not change as we work. This allows the client to trust us that we are working as hard as we can to keep our costs down and bring the project in under budget
